Changes are made ONLY with Elta Door-to-Door and with the hand-to-hand delivery method. Shipping costs are €2.50 for returning the product to our location and €2.50 for resending the new product, a total of €5.00.

The customer has the right to return the products he bought or change the order (in whole or part of it), without the obligation to inform the reason for which he wishes to return or change the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date received them and, in fact, when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the last one, while there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first one.

If the return is not made within the above 14 day period, then may not accept it.

In the event of a refund request, the return is made at the expense of the customer-sender. Only the value of the products within 10 working days is refunded, not the value of cash on delivery and shipping costs.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the change/withdrawal statement before the 14-day deadline expires.

Product exchanges and returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product must not have been worn – used beyond the test.
  2. The tags of the manufacturing company, as well as the labels of the products, have not been removed or destroyed.
  3. All of the product’s accompanying items, such as the box that came with it and the proof of purchase, should be sent back with the product.
  4. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.
  5. Socks are not returned for hygiene reasons.
  6. The packaging of the consignment should be secure, so as to avoid any damage during its transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of the customer/shipper or adhesive tape on the box or notes with a pen/marker will not be accepted!
  7. The right of withdrawal – return and exchange of products does NOT apply to products manufactured to the customer’s order

The return is made in any way chosen by the customer and the transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

In the event that the customer receives a defective or damaged product, will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product, at no additional cost. Defective is only the product that is unsuitable to be worn or used for its intended purpose or that does not have the agreed properties as described on the company’s website. In any case, the product that deviates from the photos posted on the company’s website due to the expected differences during their download and upload is not considered defective.
